Ingredients: Are all substances, including additives, used in the manufacture or preparation of food, which are in the final product in its original or modified form. The food must be attractive to the consumer because if it does not buy it, if we did not add ingredients such as dyes to the strawberry jam, it would not present this red color that makes it so appetizing, but would have a grayish color due to to the treatments to which it is subjected.
